Laura LaBoiteaux, DPT, PT, RYT-200
Laura LaBoiteaux graduated from University of Maryland at Baltimore in 2004 with her Masters in Physical Therapy. Laura began working in the outpatient orthopedic setting in June of 2004, and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in late 2005. She has completed specialized training in Muscle Energy Technique, Strain-Counterstrain, neural mobilization, Pilates, post-operative rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, and medical therapeutic yoga. She has been working predominantly in the outpatient orthopedic setting for over ten years now, and enjoys working with a wide variety of patients. Laura also completed her Yoga Teacher Certification through Sol Yoga this year, and looks forward to teaching and sharing yoga with others. As a yogi with a background in dance, Laura has a special interest in working with dancers, yogis, and gymnasts. She is dedicated to providing compassion and individualized care to her patients.
Laura was born and raised in Columbia, and graduated from Oakland Mills High School. She currently lives in New Market, MD with her husband and two young daughters. Laura is passionate about yoga, enjoys the arts, cooking, and photography.
